The Diocesan Pastoral Council (DPC) consists of various members of the Christian faithful who are in full communion with the Catholic Church - including clergy, religious, and lay women and men. Membership is chosen by the local Deans so that the Council will reflect the diverse areas, conditions, economics and professions of the Diocese.
