The Office of Property Management is the primary contract for all activities related to diocesan property. We are a service to the parishes providing asset administration for all real property owned by the Diocese. We offer assistance such as:
Coordination of matters relating to leasing, purchasing and sales of property
Site visits to discuss and recommend strategies on available properties
Determination of highest and best use of property and identify viable markets
Actively marketing of property to advertise availability
Assist in securing certified property appraisals for all investment properties
Facilitate real property proposals, offers and transactions with interested parties to maximize return on all investment properties
Negotiation and preparation of contracts and agreements for all property
Coordination with Diocesan General Counsel and Office of Risk Management to ensure proper legal and indemnification
Ongoing management of Landlord/Tenant Leases and mediation of issues on behalf of parishes and Diocese
