Property Management

The Office of Property Management is the primary contract for all activities related to diocesan property. We are a service to the parishes providing asset administration for all real property owned by the Diocese. We offer assistance such as:

• Coordination of matters relating to leasing, purchasing and sales of property
• Site visits to discuss and recommend strategies on available properties
• Determination of highest and best use of property and identify viable markets
• Actively marketing of property to advertise availability
• Assist in securing certified property appraisals for all investment properties
• Facilitate real property proposals, offers and transactions with interested parties to maximize return on all investment properties
• Negotiation and preparation of contracts and agreements for all property
• Coordination with Diocesan General Counsel and Office of Risk Management to ensure proper legal and indemnification
• Ongoing management of Landlord/Tenant Leases and mediation of issues on behalf of parishes and Diocese
